After establishing your contacts and adding up the contacts to a sequence and creating a tailored target outreach profile, you can build a Sequence that is not only highly relevant but extremely specific to each lead. And this can all be done with one large sequence setup. We'll take care of the rest and automatically space out these email sends for you, over the course of several days.

1- Define an ideal outreach target

Once you define the candidates you need to target people with the same similarity. Or, once you define the companies you want to target you need to find the appropriate people at these companies.

Once you decide who you want to contact you need to consider the following selection criteria to find your ideal contacts:

2- Build an Email Sequence

Select the "Sequences" tab from the "Contacts" on the left side menu or select a few contacts in your contact pool and add them to a sequence.

Create a workflow by adding sender, email template, and sequence timeline.

Enable the "Stop the sequence once contact replied" if you wish to stop the sequence for contact when replies arrive.Continue by adding the collaborator/members to access and collaborate with you in the sequence.

Now, it’s time to publish the sequence.

Add Leads: You can add leads or any other type of contacts to the sequence from the contact. That will facilitate your control over your central contact database and add them by bulk to the different cohorts or sequences. Once you add contacts in the sequence their journey will begin based on the configured sequence.
