Notifications are located in the center of your right sidebar. It provides both in-app as default and Email notifications and can be customized upon the user preferences.

Once a candidate applies for a job or fills out an assessment, you will be notified automatically via an email or notification in which you can directly go to the candidate scorecard by clicking the button within the email.

You can change your notification preferences by visiting your Home Dashboard> Right side bar> Notification and to into the "gear" icon.

You can choose either to activate in-app or email notification.

<aside> 💡 Note 1: The notification setting is user-level access where you can customize the type of notifications you want to receive for yourself only.

Note 2: You may still receive notification for an active job Pipeline even if you have to turn your notification off.

Types of notifications are: - All Events and Actions

You may receive notifications on all events and actions by checking the box in here, however, you can customize messages to be notified by:

Comments - Comments on the candidate's profile in a job vacancy that you are involved in the recruitment process - Comments on the profile that you are following - Mentions you on candidate profile in a job vacancy that you are involved in the recruitment process - Mentions you on profiles that you're following

Candidate move on hiring pipeline

Delay from candidate to respond after a certain amount day(s)

Evaluate - A rank/score updated on a profile in a job vacancy that you are in the recruitment process

A rank/score updated on a profile that you are following

Have forgotten to set an event after a certain amount of day(s)To update your notification preferences please visit your right sidebar from the main dashboard> Notification and click on the gear icon next to it.

You can check or uncheck "Email" or "In-app" notifications to stop or start receiving notifications.
