You need to activate your QPage custom email address to be able to send and receive emails.

To activate your custom email you can follow the instruction.

1- Go to your own profile from the right sidebar,

2- Click on the 3 dots icon on the top right of the profile and select "edit profile",

3- Enter a unique username and press the save button.
